1. Dot a small amount directly onto the skin with the doe-foot applicator, under the eyes or over blemishes and redness. 2. Blend and diffuse with a sponge, brush or fingertips. 3. Build in thin layers for more coverage. A little goes a long way. 4. Set lightly with powder if desired.
