Who we are
Noae Beauty is a small online shop selling imported makeup in Pakistan, at noaebeauty.pk. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- When you order: your name, email address, phone number, delivery address and city, any note you add, and what you bought.
- When you create an account: your name, email address and password. We only store your password in scrambled (hashed) form, so we can never see it.
- When you contact us: your name, email, phone number if you give it, and your message.
- Technical information: like most websites, our server records basic details such as your IP address and browser, which we use to keep the site secure (for example to stop repeated failed sign-ins).
We do not collect card or bank details on this website: orders are paid in cash on delivery.
How we use it
- To process, confirm (by phone) and deliver your orders, and to let you track them.
- To send emails about your orders and account, such as order confirmations and email verification codes.
- To answer your questions and messages.
- To protect the shop from fraud, spam and fake orders.
We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing emails unless you ask us to.
Who we share it with
- Courier companies, who receive your name, phone number and address so they can deliver your parcel.
- Our hosting and email provider (Hostinger), which stores the website, its database and our mailbox on our behalf.
- Authorities, only if the law requires it.
Cookies
We only use the cookies the shop needs to work: one to keep your session (your bag and sign-in) and one that protects forms against misuse. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, or third-party analytics.
How we protect it
The whole site uses HTTPS encryption. Admin access is limited to the shop owners and protected by passwords, security checks and sign-in limits. Order tracking needs your order ID together with your email or phone number. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as we need them for deliveries, returns, our accounts and any legal requirements. Contact messages are kept while we deal with them and for a reasonable time afterwards. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
Your choices & rights
- Ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
- Ask us to delete your account and personal information, unless we must keep some of it (for example records of an order you placed).
To make a request, email info@noaebeauty.pk from the address you used with us. We may ask you to confirm your identity.
